Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience.
  • Deliver a personalized, warm, and exceptional customer service experience.
  • Manage after-sales services.
  • Maintain the boutique's presentation and organization.
  • Support sales associates during client presentations.
  • Contribute to team spirit and boutique performance with elegance and enthusiasm.
  • Assist in digital salon presentations.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage the flow of repair items, including shipping, receiving, and closing requests.
  • Handle estimates and communicate timelines to clients.
  • Coordinate with workshops on case follow-ups.
  • Support sales team and manager on the floor, including quality control of service items before client delivery.
  • Provide excellent service to both local and international clients during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • Assist with remote orders and online appointments.
  • Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in tracking boutique performance indicators.
  • Conduct sales and performance analyses.
  • Prepare and present team briefings.

Qualifications

  • Interest in watches and/or fine jewelry and retail experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for craftsmanship, technique, and style in Chanel's Watches and Fine Jewelry division.
  • Dynamic and meticulous work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience
