Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and direct them to available sales advisors.
- Manage customer flow and provide beverage service.
- Support sales activities and assist with product wrapping ceremonies.
- Ensure the sales floor is well organized and attractively presented.
- Assist with visual merchandising and the implementation of new collections.
- Maintain work tools in good order and replenish supplies on the sales floor.
- Support back-of-house or sales floor activities as needed, including stock management and optimization.
- Provide after-sales service support.
- Prepare for client events and gifts.
- Conduct analysis related to boutique activity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is essential.
