Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service in a high‑end boutique environment, cultivating long‑term client relationships and clienteling activities.
- Advise clients on product selection, styling and fit for ready‑to‑wear, accessories and complementary categories.
- Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales objectives through proactive outreach and in‑boutique conversion.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate cash and record handling.
- Maintain boutique standards of merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Participate in training sessions, product education and team briefings; apply learnings to improve customer interactions.
- Assist with stock management, inventory replenishment, receiving and tagging, and logistical tasks during events or deliveries.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised alternance/work‑study programme in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in luxury fashion and client service.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and a service‑focused mindset appropriate to a maison boutique.
- Legal eligibility to undertake an alternance contract in France starting September 2026.

Experience
Entry level; prior retail or luxury customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The role is designed for candidates combining academic study with practical boutique experience through an alternance contract.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised work‑study (alternance) programme in retail, fashion, commerce or a related field (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent).
