Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients in the Watches and Jewelry department.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Chanel's watch and jewelry collections to effectively assist clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Ensure the visual merchandising standards of the Watches and Jewelry department are upheld.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches and jewelry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
