Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional boutique experience.
  • Deliver a personalized and warm customer service tailored to individual client needs.
  • Advise clients on Chanel's product lines, ensuring a unique silhouette that aligns with their desires and the brand's style.
  • Build and maintain privileged relationships with clients through empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and manage client databases to enhance customer loyalty beyond the boutique visit.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Chanel's style and values.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development of action plans.
  • Utilize stock knowledge to enhance commercial performance.
  • Understand and apply sales protocols, including upselling techniques, and provide client feedback to management.
