Chanel seeks a Sales Advisor in Monaco (fixed-term). Deliver exemplary client service and drive boutique sales for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised service to a discerning clientele and cultivate long‑term client relationships (clienteling).
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and expert product knowledge.
  • Manage the sales transaction from consultation to point-of-sale, including accurate use of POS systems and payment procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support stock management tasks: receiving, tagging, replenishment and inventory controls.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in boutique operational duties (opening/closing, housekeeping).
  • Adhere to brand compliance, security protocols and confidentiality when handling client information.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high-end retail sales and client service with a polished, professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage an international clientele.
  • Strong commercial awareness and numeracy to meet sales objectives and manage transactions accurately.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays on a fixed-term schedule.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and respect for luxury brand standards.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales; experience within the luxury or premium sector is strongly preferred.

Education
