Sales Advisor
Chanel seeks a Sales Advisor in Marbella to deliver bespoke client service and drive boutique sales for the luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service and personalized clienteling to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximize lifetime value.
- Proactively achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with Chanel standards.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point‑of‑sale transactions, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
- Develop and maintain product expertise across categories (ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories, fragrance, beauty) to provide authoritative advice.
- Execute CRM activities: follow up with clients, record interactions, and contribute to sales pipeline development.
- Support after‑sales service, repairs coordination and client requests with discretion and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with boutique colleagues and management to plan events, private appointments and trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to consistently deliver high‑quality client service in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and polished professional presentation.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak season.
- Strong numeracy and experience handling cash and point‑of‑sale systems.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably within a high‑end fashion house or boutique where clienteling and sales targets were central to the role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is desirable.
