Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised client service that reinforces Chanel’s luxury positioning and builds long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively generate and convert sales through expert product presentation, tailored recommendations and clienteling activities (follow-ups, appointments, and client records).
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team results and visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain the boutique’s presentation to brand specifications, including window and floor merchandising, housekeeping and stock presentation.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with returns, exchanges and after-sales service.
  • Support inventory management: receive deliveries, perform stock counts and coordinate with the store manager on replenishment.
  • Attend product and service training sessions, briefings and team meetings to sustain product knowledge and service excellence.
  • Uphold confidentiality, security procedures and the brand’s codes of conduct at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury fashion, beauty or accessories.
  • Polished, professional presentation and the ability to represent the Chanel image with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to meet sales objectives and manage transactions accurately.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; ability to work a retail schedule.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Experience

1–3 years of frontline retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion/beauty environment, with demonstrable results in client development and sales performance.

Education

High school diploma required; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail, business or a related field considered an asset.
