Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales activities by delivering attentive, personalised service to clients and cultivating long-term relationships through clienteling.
  • Assist senior sales advisors with product presentations, fitting consultations and storytelling that communicates brand heritage and product savoir‑faire.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, exchanges and special orders, and support accurate record-keeping in the CRM.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and maintenance of boutique standards, ensuring displays reflect seasonal directives and luxury presentation.
  • Participate in stock handling, back-of-house organisation and inventory procedures under store policies.
  • Support boutique events and client appointments, including preparation, execution and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Luxury Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Availability to commence the internship in June 2026 and to fulfil the full internship period as required by the school/company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished professional presentation and a genuine interest in luxury fashion and client service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal authorization to undertake an internship in France.

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; previous customer-facing or retail experience—particularly within fashion or luxury—is advantageous. Internships, part-time retail roles or client service positions will be considered favorably.

Education

Enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Fashion, Luxury Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
