Sales Advisor (Contract)

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch service to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional after-sales care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of merchandise and visual standards consistent with Chanel brand guidelines within the Bon Marché environment.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, preferences and sales activity; coordinate with store and regional teams to optimise client coverage.
- Participate in product and brand training, in-store events and promotional initiatives; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail selling; prior experience in a premium fashion or leather goods environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented demeanour and an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Professional presentation, discretion and ability to represent a high-end luxury maison with integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and seasonal peak periods.
- Familiarity with inventory control, POS procedures and basic cash handling protocols.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred; typically 1–3 years demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; retail or sales vocational training is an advantage.
