Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch service to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional after-sales care.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of merchandise and visual standards consistent with Chanel brand guidelines within the Bon Marché environment.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Use CRM tools to record client interactions, preferences and sales activity; coordinate with store and regional teams to optimise client coverage.
  • Participate in product and brand training, in-store events and promotional initiatives; contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury retail selling; prior experience in a premium fashion or leather goods environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented demeanour and an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and ability to represent a high-end luxury maison with integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and seasonal peak periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, POS procedures and basic cash handling protocols.

Experience

Previous retail experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred; typically 1–3 years demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship management.
