Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
• Offer clients a unique silhouette tailored to their desires, personality, and morphology, in line with Chanel's style.
• Build and maintain privileged relationships with clients through strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.
• Develop and maintain the client database to foster client loyalty beyond the boutique visit.
• Act as an ambassador of Chanel's style, combining storytelling with a solid understanding of the brand's heritage and modernity.
• Achieve set objectives and contribute to the implementation of action plans.
• Utilize stock knowledge to enhance commercial performance and provide feedback to management to refine boutique purchases.
