Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales administration (order entry, order validation, invoicing follow-up) for the France market.
- Monitor order-to-delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics, warehouses and carriers to ensure on-time fulfilment.
- Track inventory and replenishment needs for retail and wholesale channels; escalate stock issues and shortages.
- Liaise with boutique teams, wholesale clients and internal commercial teams to resolve order or delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare regular operational reports and performance dashboards for sales and supply stakeholders.
- Assist in month‑end reconciliation, claims and returns processing in line with internal procedures.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and small cross-functional projects within ADV and supply chain.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, data quality standards and French commercial regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fluent in French with professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator able to coordinate across commercial, logistics and retail teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to produce clear reports and identify operational issues.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in order management, sales operations or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated exposure to logistics or retail operations will be advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
