Chanel Monaco seeks a Retail Sales Intern (Fashion) for May 2026 — boutique internship supporting client service, merchandising and sales.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales teams in daily client-facing activities, including welcoming clients, managing appointments and facilitating product presentations.
  • Assist with transactions at point-of-sale, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and till reconciliation.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique maintenance to uphold the brand’s presentation standards.
  • Manage stockroom tasks: process deliveries, restock the sales floor, complete inventory checks and assist with stock administration.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing sales paperwork, processing client orders and maintaining client records.
  • Participate in product and brand trainings; develop product knowledge to advise clients on collections and heritage.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Retail or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused presence and professional discretion.
  • High level of organisational accuracy and attention to detail in stock and sales administration.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule that may include evenings and weekends; flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Eligibility to undertake an internship in Monaco (right to work / internship agreement).

Experience

No prior professional experience required; previous retail, hospitality or luxury environment experience is an asset and will be favourably considered.

Enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Retail or a related field.
