Chanel is hiring a Sales Advisor (Bon Marché) in Paris — permanent full-time role delivering luxury client service and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to the store’s commercial strategy.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across fragrance, beauty, leather goods and ready-to-wear to advise clients and create curated looks.
- Execute merchandising and visual standards consistently to reflect the Chanel brand and seasonal directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with store procedures.
- Manage stock, replenishment and inventory controls; receive and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
- Support in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team briefings, training and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury or premium fashion (typically 2+ years preferred).
- Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and delivering high‑quality client service.
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury environment.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak season periods.
- Right to work in France and ability to work on a permanent (CDI) contract.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques is required, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives, manage a high-value client portfolio and deliver white-glove service. Typically 2+ years in a comparable client-facing role is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
