Chanel is hiring a Sales Advisor (Bon Marché) in Paris — permanent full-time role delivering luxury client service and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to the store’s commercial strategy.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across fragrance, beauty, leather goods and ready-to-wear to advise clients and create curated looks.
  • Execute merchandising and visual standards consistently to reflect the Chanel brand and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with store procedures.
  • Manage stock, replenishment and inventory controls; receive and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team briefings, training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury or premium fashion (typically 2+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and delivering high‑quality client service.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak season periods.
  • Right to work in France and ability to work on a permanent (CDI) contract.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques is required, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives, manage a high-value client portfolio and deliver white-glove service. Typically 2+ years in a comparable client-facing role is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
