Role & Responsibilities

  • Support senior Fashion/Client Advisors in delivering bespoke client service, including in‑store appointments and personalised styling
  • Contribute to sales activity by preparing merchandise, presenting product stories, and assisting clients through the purchase journey
  • Maintain client files and proactively support clienteling activities (follow-ups, appointment scheduling, gifting and events preparation)
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure boutique presentation standards are consistently upheld
  • Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks: process transactions, manage stock movements, receive deliveries and reconcile inventory
  • Provide language support for Turkish‑speaking clients and liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless, cross‑border client experiences
  • Adhere to confidentiality, loss‑prevention and luxury retail compliance procedures

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Turkish (TR) — spoken and written
  • Professional demeanour and polished presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric orientation
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Strong discretion, reliability and capacity to handle sensitive client information

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or a high‑end hospitality environment; internships or trainee positions within fashion houses are acceptable for strong candidates.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail, hospitality or business preferred.
