Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑calibre customer service in the boutique: greet clients, build rapport and manage client interactions throughout the sales journey.
- Support the sales team to achieve targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑ups and the management of client requests and orders.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage refunds/exchanges according to boutique procedures.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and in‑store presentation, ensuring product displays reflect brand standards.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment and incoming deliveries.
- Participate in boutique events, private appointments and seasonal campaigns as required.
- Ensure boutique cleanliness and standard compliance, upholding the maison’s image at all times.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised work‑study / alternance or apprenticeship program relevant to retail, fashion or luxury management.
- Strong client‑service orientation with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and a commitment to brand standards.
- Availability for retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment.

Experience
No prior luxury retail experience is strictly required; previous customer‑facing or retail experience is advantageous and will be considered favorably.
Education
Enrolled in a recognised work‑study / alternance or apprenticeship program (vocational or higher education) relevant to retail, fashion or luxury sectors.
