Chanel seeks a Fashion Sales Advisor (CDD) for its Roissy-en-France boutique at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to an international clientele and convert consultations into sales.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions including duty-free/tax-free procedures and multi-currency payments with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain boutique presentation to Chanel visual and merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store product placement.
- Conduct stock reception, inventory checks and replenishment to ensure product availability and loss prevention.
- Build and maintain client dossiers through proactive clienteling and follow-up to cultivate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and store management to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Comply with airport security, duty-free regulations and Chanel operational policies at all times.

- Strong customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and professional presence.
- Capacity to work effectively with an international, transient customer base and to communicate clearly under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and strict adherence to brand standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays typical of airport retail operations.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in luxury goods or travel retail (airport/duty-free) is preferred; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage high-volume, international customer flows.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury hospitality is an asset.
