Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, floor readiness and stock replenishment to ensure impeccable presentation.
  • Assist the sales team with clienteling activities: manage appointment scheduling, welcome clients, and ensure continuity of service throughout the client journey.
  • Maintain and update client records and activity in the CRM; prepare client lists and follow-up communications under the guidance of the Client Development team.
  • Process transactions and support the point-of-sale workflow, liaising with back-office teams for invoicing and returns.
  • Contribute to merchandising and visual standards, help implement in-store displays, and assist during product launches and client events.
  • Prepare succinct reports and briefs for senior boutique managers and Client Development, and support ad hoc projects to grow local client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university-level programme in fashion, business, luxury management, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Available to begin the internship in August 2026 and to comply with the internship duration required by the academic programme.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour, cultural sensitivity and a client-first mindset.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling client information.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication; strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience

Previous customer-facing experience or prior internships in luxury retail or premium service environments is preferred; demonstrable exposure to boutique operations, merchandising or client relations is advantageous.

Education

Enrolment in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (fashion, business, marketing, luxury management) is required.
