Chanel in Paris seeks a Retail Marketing & Client Experience Intern (Fashion) for the Other Europe zone — internship starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Marketing and Client Experience teams in the planning and execution of in-store and regional activations across the Other Europe zone.
  • Coordinate logistics for boutique events, product launches and clienteling initiatives, liaising with local retail teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign materials, merchandising briefs and visual guidelines for stores.
  • Analyze sales and client data to produce regular reports and presentations that inform local marketing decisions.
  • Monitor market and competitive activity within the assigned zone and summarize insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing CRM and client engagement projects, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management, Fashion or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with an ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to brand standards and client service.
  • Flexible, proactive team player with a genuine interest in luxury retail and client experience.

Skills

Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and clienteling principles Event coordination and stakeholder liaison

Experience

Previous internship or work experience in retail, luxury goods, marketing or client services is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is intended for candidates currently enrolled in an academic programme and seeking practical experience in luxury retail marketing.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management, Fashion or a related field.
