Retail Learning and Development Partner
Chanel Singapore seeks a Retail Learning and Development Partner to lead retail L&D, onboarding and training across its stores in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the retail learning strategy for Chanel in Singapore, aligning programs with commercial priorities and brand standards.
- Design, develop and deliver high-impact learning interventions including onboarding, product and selling skills, leadership development and merchandising training across stores.
- Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle: training needs analysis, curriculum design, content development (classroom and digital), rollout and evaluation of effectiveness.
- Partner closely with store leadership and regional HR to identify talent gaps, create development plans and support succession initiatives for frontline and managerial roles.
- Administer and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate external vendors and e-learning content providers, and ensure accurate learning records.
- Measure training ROI and KPIs through assessment, reporting and behavioural observation; recommend continuous improvements to elevate sales performance and client experience.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring learning initiatives reinforce Chanel’s brand values, service standards and product knowledge across the retail organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related discipline (advanced L&D qualification preferred).
- Proven ability to design and deliver adult learning solutions across classroom and digital modalities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with retail leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation capabilities adapted to luxury retail audiences.
- Analytical aptitude to track learning metrics and translate insights into business actions.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive learning and development experience, preferably with 2+ years in retail or luxury retail environments, demonstrating successful delivery of sales and leadership development programs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field; professional certification in L&D or adult education is advantageous.
