Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies for the Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) division in SEAA and Singapore.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align WFJ learning curriculums with corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging product knowledge and competency training sessions for local retail teams.
  • Lead the regional WFJ retail and learning community engagement strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze learning trends to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Support the Head of Retail Excellence in enhancing retail operations and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in learning and development within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and retail market needs.
  • Passion for Watches and Fine Jewelry, with certification being a plus.

Skills

Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and levels. Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities. Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience

Significant experience in learning and development, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
