Chanel is hiring a Retail Experience Manager in Villahermosa, Mexico — lead boutique operations and client experience for the iconic luxury house.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deliver an exceptional in‑store client experience that reflects Chanel’s brand standards and commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop boutique staff to uphold service excellence, product knowledge and clienteling best practices.
- Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through tailored selling strategies, client outreach and appointment management.
- Ensure flawless boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock management, inventory control and loss prevention protocols.
- Coordinate high‑touch client events, private appointments and in‑store activations in collaboration with regional teams.
- Maintain CRM and client files to personalise service, support retention and optimise lifetime value.
- Prepare regular commercial and operational reports for regional management and implement corrective actions where required.
- Uphold compliance with corporate policies, operational procedures and luxury retail regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in premium or luxury retail environments, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate brand strategy into tangible boutique results.
- Demonstrated leadership and people‑development skills, including coaching and performance management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and clienteling abilities, with a client‑first mindset and discretion.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the luxury fashion or beauty sector.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
