Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Retail Education Project Assistant (Skincare Services) — Apprenticeship starting Oct 2026. Support training rollouts for Parfums & Beauté.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Education Project Manager in the design, preparation and rollout of training programmes for skincare services across Chanel boutiques and counters.
  • Draft and update training materials, service protocols, presentation decks and job aids tailored to retail teams and trainer use.
  • Coordinate logistics: training calendars, session bookings, trainer assignments, sample kits and venue setup for in-store and central trainings.
  • Liaise with Parfums & Beauté stakeholders (retail operations, boutique managers, trainers and external partners) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from trainees and trainers, produce post-training reports and track key learning KPIs to inform continuous improvement.
  • Assist with pilot programmes and local roll-outs when launching new skincare services or treatment protocols.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited alternance/apprenticeship or higher-education programme in marketing, luxury management, cosmetology, business or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and tight timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenter for internal stakeholders and boutique teams.
  • Professional demeanour, client-service orientation and discretion appropriate to a luxury retail environment.

Experience

Prior internship or practical experience in retail, cosmetics, beauty services or a training environment is preferred; experience coordinating trainings, events or in-store activations is an advantage.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme appropriate to the role (marketing, luxury management, cosmetics science, business or equivalent) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
