Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project management and execution of retail education initiatives for the Perfumes & Beauty division across French boutiques and key points of sale.
- Coordinate the development and localization of training content, presentation decks and supporting materials for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Organise and schedule in‑store training sessions, roadshows and certification pathways in collaboration with trainers and boutique managers.
- Liaise with cross‑functional partners (product, marketing, merchandising, training) to ensure alignment of learning objectives and rollout timing.
- Track participation and training KPIs; prepare post‑training reports and feedback summaries to inform continuous improvement.
- Maintain administrative records for training programmes, manage logistics and supply training kits and documentation to retail teams.
- Contribute to the creation of digital learning assets and support the use of any Learning Management System or e‑learning tools.
- Provide on‑the‑ground assistance during boutique activations and product launch events as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an alternance (work‑study) programme relevant to the role (marketing, business, luxury management, communications or similar).
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and strict timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and retail partners; customer‑centric mindset.
- High attention to detail and professionalism appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and comfort with administrative tasks.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, training, or project coordination is advantageous but not mandatory for alternance candidates.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level alternance (work‑study) programme in Marketing, Business, Communication, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
