Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks an Alternance Retail Education Project Assistant (Perfumes) starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Education Project Manager in the design, preparation and deployment of retail training programmes for perfume and fragrance teams.
- Draft and adapt pedagogical materials: in-store training guides, trainer notes, presentation decks and digital learning modules.
- Coordinate training logistics across boutiques and distribution channels: scheduling, trainer assignments and participant tracking.
- Liaise with commercial, visual merchandising and product teams to ensure training content aligns with launches, merchandising and sales objectives.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of learning platforms and databases; compile attendance and performance reports.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables; flag risks and propose corrective actions to meet launch deadlines.
- Work with external vendors or freelance trainers when required; manage administrative aspects of supplier engagement.
- Collect feedback and measure training impact using qualitative reports and basic KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an accredited alternance/work‑study programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) that allows a September 2026 start.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty, fragrances and retail operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and retail-facing interactions.
- Attention to detail in producing training materials and reports.
- Autonomy, initiative and a collaborative mindset when working with cross‑functional teams.
Skills
Experience
Suitable for a candidate at the beginning of their professional career: current students in a work‑study programme. Prior internships or experience in retail, beauty, training or learning & development are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business, Human Resources, Pedagogy or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance contract required).
