Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, preparation and delivery of retail training programs for Watches & Jewelry boutique teams across the Paris network.
- Produce and maintain training materials: presentations, product guides, e‑learning content and practical selling aids tailored to timepieces and high jewellery.
- Coordinate training logistics: scheduling sessions, booking trainers, liaising with store management and tracking attendance and completion.
- Assist with onboarding of new boutique staff and the organisation of product launches, in‑store masterclasses and client education events.
- Maintain the learning resource library and ensure all educational content is up to date with the latest product and collection information.
- Collect feedback, monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Retail Education Manager.
- Provide on‑floor support and coaching in boutiques when required, ensuring retail standards and client experience align with brand expectations.
- Handle confidential product and client information with discretion and uphold Chanel’s brand values in all communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Communication, horology, jewellery or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study track).
- Strong interest in watches and fine jewellery, with an appetite to build product expertise in horlogerie and haute joaillerie.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to small groups confidently.
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable with digital authoring tools and managing learning content; ability to produce clear, brand‑aligned training materials.
- Professional discretion, a collaborative mindset and flexibility to support occasional in‑store activities or events.
Skills
Experience
Prior customer‑facing experience in luxury retail or internships related to training, merchandising or boutique operations is preferred but not mandatory. Practical exposure to watches or jewellery retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme (work‑study/alternance) in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Communication, horology or jewellery-related studies.
