Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the Seoul boutique network, including correspondence, filing and documentation control.
  • Prepare, consolidate and distribute daily and monthly sales and KPI reports to local management and regional headquarters.
  • Reconcile store sales, cash and POS transactions; liaise with finance for variance resolution and month-end close activities.
  • Support inventory management: process stock movements, manage transfer requests, assist with cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communications for store supplies and merchandising needs, ensuring compliance with brand procedures.
  • Maintain employee records related to scheduling, timekeeping and payroll inputs; support HR and store managers with administrative tasks.
  • Implement and maintain local operational processes in alignment with global standards and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance or a related discipline preferred.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium consumer goods.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and proven experience with sales reconciliation and inventory control processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential financial and personnel information.

Skills

Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Google Workspace SAP (or equivalent ERP) experience preferred POS (Point of Sale) systems

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail administration, operations or finance support; experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Retail Management or equivalent).
