Retail Administrator
Chanel in Hong Kong seeks a Retail Administrator (12-month fixed-term) to support store operations, inventory and sales reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to retail operations in Hong Kong, ensuring smooth execution of store processes and compliance with brand standards.
- Prepare, consolidate and distribute daily/weekly sales and KPI reports; maintain accurate sales records and support analysis for regional management.
- Manage inventory administration activities including stock movements, transfers, adjustments and reconciliation with POS and central systems.
- Process and follow up on supplier invoices, purchase orders and expense claims liaising with Finance to ensure timely payments and accurate coding.
- Coordinate HR and payroll administration for retail staff where required: maintain personnel files, process onboarding documentation and assist with scheduling.
- Serve as liaison between boutiques and regional headquarters for operational enquiries, system issues and project rollouts.
- Support planning and execution of retail events, private client appointments and merchandising rollouts by preparing logistics and documentation.
- Maintain confidential commercial and client information with discretion and ensure orderly filing of retail documentation and contracts.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma; tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in retail, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Proven numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail; ability to reconcile figures and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the capacity to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional discretion handling confidential sales and client information.
- Fluency in English required; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous.

Experience
At least 2 years of administrative or operations experience within retail; prior exposure to luxury retail environments and inventory/financial reconciliation is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance or Retail Management preferred.
