Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of fragrance products for international markets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes.
  • Participate in internal working groups and update regulatory procedures in collaboration with the International Regulations Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of export documentation for fragrance products.
  • Engage in regulatory monitoring by attending relevant meetings, webinars, and seminars.
  • Support the development and evolution of industry-specific software and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Law, or Regulation.

Skills

Proficiency in European and international cosmetic regulations. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Project management capabilities. Creativity and innovation. Client-oriented approach.

Experience

Experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics or fragrance industry is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
