Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth for Chanel fragrance and beauty lines, meeting and exceeding revenue and KPI targets.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including client development, prospecting, and local market initiatives to increase market share.
  • Coach, mentor and train boutique and counter teams on product knowledge, clienteling techniques, service standards and sales performance.
  • Implement Chanel visual merchandising and brand presentation standards across the region to ensure consistent luxury retail experiences.
  • Manage selective events, masterclasses and product launches to strengthen client relationships and generate incremental sales.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback and competitor analysis for regional leadership; translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Oversee stock flow and inventory governance at point-of-sale, ensuring compliance with brand policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and wholesale partners to align regional activations with global product and communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury fragrance or beauty retail; experience coaching or supervising retail teams.
  • Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate high-net-worth and repeat clientele.
  • Deep knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic product categories and trends, with strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the assigned region and work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driving licence preferred and comfortable managing multi-site priorities.

Experience
