Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the regional change strategy and adoption plan for the ORION programme across North Asia and Southeast Asia.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regional and country leadership, retail operations, and functional heads to secure alignment and sponsorship.
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness diagnostics and stakeholder mapping to prioritise interventions by market.
- Design and oversee communications, training curricula, and adoption activities tailored to local markets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Establish regional governance, track programme KPIs and adoption metrics, and report progress and risks to the programme PMO.
- Coach and coordinate local change champions and market leads to drive sustainable behavioural change and process embedding.
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks, escalate issues, and propose pragmatic solutions to remove barriers to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Operations and Retail teams to align technical roll-out with people change activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, Communications or a related discipline.
- Formal change management accreditation (e.g., Prosci) or demonstrable experience applying structured change methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships in matrix environments.
- Strong capability in designing learning, communications and adoption programmes for large-scale system or process transformations.
- Cultural agility and experience working across multiple Asia-Pacific markets; French language not required.
Skills
Experience
At least seven years of progressive experience in organisational change, transformation or programme roles, with a minimum of three years leading regional initiatives across Asia-Pacific; prior exposure to retail, luxury goods or consumer-facing operations is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate qualification or change-management certification is advantageous.
