Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register clients at the boutique reception, ensuring an impeccable first impression.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with sales advisors, private clients and in‑house services.
  • Deliver personalised hospitality for VIP and high‑net‑worth clients, including maintaining guest lists and preparing private appointments.
  • Operate the reception desk: answer and route telephone enquiries, respond to e‑mails and manage walk‑in traffic with professionalism.
  • Coordinate cloakroom, waiting areas and onsite refreshments to uphold presentation and comfort standards.
  • Support in‑store events, private viewings and trunk shows by managing guest arrival and flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits and liaise with the CRM or sales team to relay client preferences and follow‑up actions.
  • Apply confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information and requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front‑of‑house, hospitality, luxury retail or reception roles (1–3 years preferred).
  • Impeccable presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate to a luxury brand.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage concurrent tasks during busy periods.
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism and client confidentiality.
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required by boutique operation.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years in high‑end hospitality, luxury retail or front‑of‑house reception, with demonstrable experience handling VIP clients and coordinating appointments or events.
