Role & Responsibilities
- Develop operational and financial real estate reports and monitor valuations.
- Enhance tools for tracking, controlling, and forecasting rental and leasing expenses for Chanel's French entities.
- Centralize real estate documents and data, ensuring integration into the management system.
- Participate in ongoing negotiations and assist in establishing processes to coordinate various real estate projects.
- Support project management in overseeing real estate projects and ESG concerns.
- Conduct real estate market research, including trends, major transactions, and legal updates, and present findings.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business or related field, preferably with a specialization in real estate.
Skills
Experience
