Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to Russian‑speaking clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Provide expert styling and product advice across the ready‑to‑wear assortment, tailoring recommendations to client needs and occasions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Manage CRM records and communications to maintain an active, segmented client book and support targeted outreach.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to the brand’s exacting guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and alterations accurately while safeguarding client confidentiality and high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the store team on stock management, replenishment requests and appointment coordination for private viewings.
  • Represent the brand at boutique events and trunk shows, assisting with invitation lists and VIP hosting when required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Russian (spoken); strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or ready‑to‑wear boutique sales, with demonstrable commercial results.
  • Exceptional clienteling and relationship‑building capability, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Professional presentation and deep product knowledge of fashion and tailoring.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including weekends and evenings; legal authorization to work in Spain.

Experience
