Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to Harrods clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, appointments and follow-up.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge across ready-to-wear collections, fabrics and fit to advise clients accurately.
- Manage client appointments, VIP requests and private showings with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to Chanel standards within the Harrods concessions.
- Process transactions, returns and repairs in accordance with brand procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with store management and cross-functional teams (stock, logistics, client services) to optimise availability and client experience.
- Support trunk shows, in-store events and seasonal campaigns, contributing to local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch service and build relationships with discerning, high-net-worth clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, diplomatic manner.
- Demonstrable sales acumen with the ability to close and upsell tactfully.
- Reliable discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak sale periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or premium ready-to-wear sales with a proven record of meeting targets and managing VIP clients.
Education
Secondary education required; further study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
