Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance of quality standards for components and finished products.
  • Act as the quality reference and liaison for packaging workshops, component reception control, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Participate in defining control elements and methods for component families with the Packaging Development Directorate.
  • Manage discrepancies throughout the component lifecycle, including non-conformity resolution and lot release.
  • Conduct investigations following quality deviations and monitor supplier action plans.
  • Provide technical assistance to workshops and subcontractors, including production audits and packaging expertise.
  • Maintain quality levels through process audits, quality assessments, and supplier partnerships.
  • Develop and provide quality documentation for packaging workshops and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bac+2/3 in Technical Studies, Plastics Engineering, or Packaging, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate significant experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.

Skills

Strong service orientation and ability to cultivate solid relationships. Apply rigor and creativity to uphold high-quality standards and propose innovative solutions. Proficient in SAP and O365 for efficient task and project management. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience

Significant experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries is required.

Education

Bac+2/3 in Technical Studies, Plastics Engineering, or Packaging, or equivalent experience.
