Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate technical improvement initiatives within the Leather Goods department, ensuring alignment with CHANEL's strategic objectives, particularly product sustainability.
  • Support quality system project managers in driving continuous improvement projects, from identifying areas for progress to implementing corrective and preventive action plans using problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto analysis.
  • Actively participate in organizing project progress meetings, formalizing project tracking, and preparing weekly reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets across various project phases.
  • Contribute to the drafting of project documents, including project plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Coordinate efforts among stakeholders to resolve technical issues and obstacles.
  • Participate in organizing tests with various laboratories and analyze the results.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Skills

Strong analytical and synthesis abilities. Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills. Autonomy and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience

Relevant experience in project coordination or quality management is preferred.

Education

Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering or a related field.
