Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of the laboratory's quality, safety, and environmental management system.
- Support the quality lead in managing the quality system.
- Propose and lead improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
- Contribute to the organization of training and awareness programs on QHSE topics.
- Participate in the drafting of quality and safety-related documents.
- Alert the quality lead of any deviations.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory best practices.
- Monitor metrology and documentation processes.
- Participate in internal laboratory audits.
- Oversee corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+4/BAC+5) in a QHSE-focused program, such as a Master's or an engineering school.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in an internship or apprenticeship in QHSE, preferably within a laboratory setting.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
