Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality Governance and Reporting Manager with transversal activities across the Fashion Division and its product lines.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects supporting Global Quality processes.
  • Update the Quality Reference Guide by collecting needs, assessing their relevance, and preparing materials for system updates.
  • Contribute to the production of periodic reporting and support Product Operations with ad-hoc data analysis needs.
  • Support the organization and content definition of Quality meetings, assist in meeting facilitation, and draft minutes.
  • Coordinate actions in response to Quality alerts in collaboration with Product Operations and markets.

Qualifications

  • Final year student in a general engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program.
  • Specialization or experience in quality or project management is appreciated.

Skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with quality or project management is beneficial.

Education

Final year of a relevant degree program.
