Quality Control Technician

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Inspect components for compliance with quality standards, specifications, and defined procedures.
• Identify, quantify, and classify defects, reporting discrepancies to the Component Technician.
• Record inspection results using SAP.
• Operate measurement devices according to operational methods and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment areas.
• Conduct specific tests (pre-series), compile reports, and communicate results to technicians.
• Perform line audits.
• Independently liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain certificates of conformity or quality documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or packaging within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
