Role & Responsibilities
- Support the quality assurance team in the testing and release of fragrances and beauty products across development and production phases.
- Execute and document laboratory analyses and stability studies under established protocols; record results and prepare technical summaries.
- Assist in the investigation of non-conformances and deviations, contributing to root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and organise samples, test records and quality files in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, packaging and supply-chain teams to ensure product specifications and quality milestones are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimise test methods, documentation practices and laboratory efficiency.
- Participate in internal audits and support external supplier quality activities as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Practical laboratory experience (academic or industrial) with analytical methods and good experimental technique.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and rigorous documentation habits.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical results clearly.
- Proactive, organized and capable of managing competing priorities in a regulated environment.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level role intended for students; prior laboratory or industrial experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a closely related discipline.
