Chanel Seoul is hiring a Promotion Team Specialist to plan and execute retail campaigns and activations in the Seoul market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute in-store and local market promotion campaigns consistent with global brand guidelines.
  • Lead activation logistics across boutiques: visual rollouts, merchandising setups, POS placement and event operations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, boutique managers and external agencies to align calendars and creative assets.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, production partners and venue suppliers, ensuring delivery on time, on brand and within budget.
  • Monitor performance of promotions using sales KPIs and client metrics; prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Train and brief boutique teams on activation objectives, merchandising standards and client-facing talking points.
  • Maintain strict quality control over promotional materials to uphold Chanel brand and luxury presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate within luxury retail or premium consumer goods environments; attention to brand integrity is essential.
  • Strong project-management skills with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder campaigns and events.
  • Commercial acumen and experience with sales KPI analysis and post-campaign reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; experience managing external vendors and agencies.
  • Fluent Korean with strong business-level English (oral and written) preferred for local and regional coordination.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail promotions, brand activations or events — ideally within luxury fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brands; prior exposure to Seoul market operations is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
