Project Manager, Governance & Planning
Chanel is seeking a Project Manager in Governance & Planning for North Asia, based in Hong Kong. This full-time role involves managing FBP initiatives and corporate projects, requiring 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in luxury or beauty industries.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall portfolio of Fragrance and Beauty Products (FBP) initiatives and corporate-led projects, reporting progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish mechanisms for tracking project budgets, timelines, benefits, and resources in collaboration with corporate functions.
- Develop a comprehensive view of all projects and initiatives, understanding their implications for the FBP business and working with project owners to mitigate risks.
- Organize forums to share information with regional métiers and markets.
- Support North Asia FBP project leads in advancing project plans, summarizing discussions, resolving blockers, and following up on action items.
- Facilitate clear communication of project status and key impacts to global, regional, and market teams.
- Serve as a key point of contact for corporate projects, working with regional métiers and markets to ensure progress.
- Instill project management practices within the North Asia FBP team, including business case development, project charter creation, status updates, budget tracking, and benefit measurement.
- Orchestrate timelines and key milestones for mid-term planning and budget cycles between region and markets, aligning with global timelines.
- Plan business cascade sessions with regional corporate functions to share FBP strategy and priorities.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders involved in the planning cycle and optimize processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in the Luxury or Beauty industries.
