Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery: define scope, objectives, schedule, budget and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, retail, operations, legal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Manage external suppliers and vendors, including contracting, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; implement change-control procedures to manage scope and deliverables.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with Chanel brand standards, regulatory requirements and internal governance.
- Drive post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets, timelines and third-party vendors.
- High attention to detail, discretion and a commitment to brand excellence.
- Willingness to travel regionally as project needs require.

Experience
Approximately 3–5 years of progressive experience delivering cross‑functional projects; experience in luxury goods, retail operations, product development or corporate programmes is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or related field.
