Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery: define scope, objectives, schedule, budget and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, retail, operations, legal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors, including contracting, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; implement change-control procedures to manage scope and deliverables.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with Chanel brand standards, regulatory requirements and internal governance.
  • Drive post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve processes and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
  • Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, timelines and third-party vendors.
  • High attention to detail, discretion and a commitment to brand excellence.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as project needs require.

Experience
