Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects using appropriate tools.
• Support change management by collaborating closely with business teams.
• Aid in the design and implementation of training programs.
• Contribute to the creation of communication documents such as newsletters.
• Help organize and plan internal communication events.
• Standardize work methodologies and establish KPIs to enhance departmental performance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of communication tools, project management, and change management techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
• Capacity to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

Skills

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with project management and communication is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a program related to project management, communication, human resources, or a relevant field.
