Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end architecture and interior fit‑out projects for Chanel boutiques in the assigned territory, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Translate brand design directives into technical drawings, specifications and schedules; produce and review shop drawings and construction documents.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including local architects, interior contractors, MEP consultants, and FF&E suppliers to ensure coherence with Chanel standards.
  • Control project budgets and procurement processes, prepare cost estimates, review contractor invoices, and manage tender rounds.
  • Conduct regular site supervision and quality inspections; drive problem resolution and enforce compliance with health, safety and local regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with global retail and design headquarters to secure approvals, escalate issues, and integrate brand‑level initiatives into local execution.
  • Maintain project programmes and milestone reporting; prepare concise progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Professional background in architectural practice, retail fit‑out, or interior construction with demonstrated technical competence.
  • Proven track record delivering high‑end retail or luxury hospitality projects, with sensitivity to finish quality and brand standards.
  • Strong contract administration experience, including tendering, cost control and contractor management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to work across time zones with global teams.

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in architecture or interior fit‑out, with substantial exposure to luxury retail or high‑end commercial projects and direct involvement in site delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
