Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance the CHANEL&moi customer experience in boutiques through field support and management of sensitive cases.
- Monitor non-repairable products and analyze customer data.
- Assist in the deployment of digital tools, including training, animation, and field feedback.
- Contribute to innovative projects by presenting, monitoring, and sharing feedback.
- Organize and participate in S.E.R and alteration committees, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action follow-ups, and presentations.
- Coordinate schedules for CHANEL&moi appointments on CHANEL.com.
- Organize and participate in internal training, presentations, and filming dedicated to alterations.
- Monitor and communicate S.E.R and alteration quality alerts to ensure operational excellence.
- Support the performance management of teams (S.E.R & alterations) through KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Assist in defining booster objectives and communicating results.
- Conduct weekly result tracking and highlight boutique successes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Retail, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or retail, with luxury experience being advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of initial experience in marketing or retail, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Retail, or related field.
