Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end program delivering a global Fashion Master Data Platform, defining roadmap, priorities and governance.
- Align business stakeholders (product, merchandising, sourcing, retail, e‑commerce) with IT and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable data models and processes.
- Define and enforce master data governance, stewardship roles, data quality standards and lifecycle procedures for product and fashion attributes.
- Oversee vendor selection and manage third‑party integrators and PIM/MDM suppliers to ensure delivery against scope, timelines and budget.
- Coordinate technical delivery (integration, APIs, data migration, reconciliation) together with IT architects and development teams.
- Design KPIs, reporting and dashboards to measure data quality, adoption and business impact; drive continuous improvement.
- Manage change and adoption programs including training, documentation and cross‑functional onboarding.
- Identify program risks and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and provide regular executive reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of cross‑functional MDM/PIM or master data programs in fashion, luxury retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of product data models, taxonomy design and data governance principles.
- Demonstrable experience managing vendors and complex integrations between PIM/MDM and ERP/e‑commerce stacks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and IT leaders.
- Program or project management credentials or equivalent delivery track record (e.g., PMP/Prince2 desirable).
- Fluent business acumen and the ability to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.

Experience
Typically 7+ years of progressive experience in master data, product information or program management with at least several years leading cross‑functional delivery teams in retail, fashion or consumer goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
