Role & Responsibilities
- Support the ready-to-wear production coordination team in monitoring production timelines from sample stage to delivery.
- Follow up with internal teams (design, industrialization, quality) and external suppliers/ateliers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain production dossiers, tech-pack updates and sample trackers; ensure documentation accuracy.
- Consolidate and update production status reports and dashboards for weekly review meetings.
- Assist with quality-control follow-ups, manage photographic records of samples, and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
- Support logistics coordination for sample shipments and fittings, including scheduling and administrative follow-through.
- Participate in fittings and ateliers visits as required; document outcomes and action points.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in fashion, industrialization, apparel technology, supply chain, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive communicator with the capacity to liaise effectively with creative teams, suppliers and technical partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is advantageous.
- Fluent French is required; professional-level English is highly desirable.
- Availability to start in August 2026 for the duration of the internship and to travel to ateliers and suppliers in the Paris region as needed.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in fashion production, industrialization or supply-chain contexts is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable coursework or practical experience with garment tech packs, samples or supplier coordination is an asset.
Education
Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
