Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily communication between production managers and various stakeholders in the Ready-to-Wear segment, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
  • Identify and address potential production bottlenecks in advance and during production phases.
  • Prepare and maintain production and quality reports for the division and manufacturers.
  • Organize, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
  • Support the implementation of strategic studies, projects, and organizational improvements for the division.
  • Oversee material supply coordination with manufacturers, distribution centers, and material teams.
  • Initiate and formalize orders with partners and manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with production managers on global collection planning, including priority setting and forecasting.
  • Manage the production of special orders for the division.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

Skills

Strong product sensitivity Project management capability Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers Proficient in computer tools, particularly Excel Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus

Experience

Relevant experience in production coordination or a related field within the fashion industry is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
